From Kristine Vidic, (mother of two children, ages 13 and 8):

"The MOSAIC of Faith evening retreat was amazing! I was truly inspired by the deep meditational exercises that allowed me to focus on my own personal relationship with God. I enjoyed listening and learning about Martha and Mary's relationship with Jesus. I was able to reflect on their actions and internally process how I can become a stronger image of Jesus to my children through my actions. It was an amazing journey even if it was only a few hours. I would recommend this retreat to any woman of faith."

Evening Retreat January 30th, 2015

(L to R Front) Katie Murphy, Meagan Koes, Joy Prout (L to R Back) Karen Guepy, Laura Cousens

From Joy Prout, (mother of four children, ages 10, 8, 6 and 1):

"I was thoroughly blessed by my time at the January evening retreat.   The Mary and Martha scripture was presented in a way that was a fresh perspective for me.   Like Martha, I know there are things that need to be done, but I can do them with a servant/loving heart and relish the "little interactions with my family along the way."  And I can look for those Mary moments, when I should be 100% present to my family.  I loved the idea that sitting with my kids is likened to sitting at the feet of Jesus.  He wants to bless me and love me through them, and I should use them to help me slow down and enjoy life.  There were so many spiritual and practical lessons I learned that I can chew on for many months.  I believe I will truly become a better, more balanced mom."

From Karen Guepy, (mother of four children, ages 16, 13, 7 and 1):

"After a week of snow days, the evening retreat was a perfect way to recharge my battery and reconnect with God!  The evening of relaxation and quiet time was wonderful!  I was amazed at how relaxed I became after a wonderful massage and the peaceful space that Claire created.  Every mom should try this!  I can't wait to go again.  Thank you Claire, your retreat is such a gift.  I'm just glad I accepted it!"

From Meagan Koes, (mother of two children, ages 10 and 7):

"The MOSAIC retreat on the topic of Martha and Mary resonated with me as a mother. The scripture reading was interpreted for us, and then we were given steps to improve our motherhood in ways that Jesus would like us to. I will be reflecting on the messages and implementing the improvements. The evening gave me the opportunity to pause, relax, and soak in a spiritual experience."

Evening Retreat November 7th, 2014

(L to R Front) Mary Behl, Carrie Dutil, Laura Phillips (L to R Back) Stacy Dolliver, Mary Mottolo

From Stacy Dolliver, (mother of three children, ages 10, 5 and 2):

"The MOSAIC of Faith evening retreat was such a wonderful surprise. I was hoping to get out of my house for some much needed me time, but I got so much more than that! I got time with wonderful women, a wonderfully planned spiritual retreat complete with practical tips for everyday, and time with my God. I can't think of a better way to spend an evening!"

From Mary Mottolo, mother of two children (10 and 5):

"The Mary and Martha retreat was life-changing for me.  I went hoping for just a few hours of relaxation and quiet prayer time, which I so struggle with at home since my boys are always making noise.  But I gained so much more - a deeper appreciation of who I am as a child of God, and what a joy it is to raise my children.  I came to understand that the little motions of everyday, which can seem so annoying, are really offerings, made possible by Grace.  My perspective has definitely shifted!"

Evening Retreat March 27th, 2014

(L to R front) Meagan Koes, Christina Dunn, Rosie Herried (L to R Back) Kim Masse, Pam Walsh

From Christina Dunn, mother of three children (18, 7 and 5):

"The MOSAIC of Faith evening retreat provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where woman at any place in their faith can honestly and openly discuss their relationship with God.  Claire beautifully creates an atmosphere of comfort and healing that allows each participant to explore where God is present in her life, and where she could invite God to be more involved.  Any woman of faith struggling with the challenges and demands of motherhood would benefit spiritually by attending this retreat.  "This retreat truly was another step on my journey of faith.  I am eternally grateful for the experience that I had while participating in our group."

From Meagan Koes, mother of two children (ages 9 and 6):

"Yesterday, I was hit with sad news of various people in my life and in my friends' lives that have cancer and are not going to win their fight.  It is so hard to hear this news as I lost my mom to cancer in 2013.  I have had my own sadness, and yet I want to be there for my friends as they go through their own struggles.  Then I looked at my desk and read the phrase, 'On Belay.'  This phrase was introduced to me during the MOSAIC of Faith evening retreat.  We are all faced with daily struggles and 'On Belay' means that you have an anchor to get you through those struggles: FAITH."The time spent in prayer and reflection during the MOSAIC of Faith retreat has strengthened me and has allowed me to remember that I am not alone climbing the steep slopes of life.  I have my faith and my anchor, and that allows me to be the anchor to others.  ON BELAY!"

From Kim Masse, mother of two children (5 and 3 1/2 ):

"Spending the evening at the MOSAIC of Faith retreat was a welcome relief.  Aside from the perks of being kid-free for a few hours (oh the joy of being able to actually start and finish a warm beverage, indulge in uninterrupted adult conversation, and kick-start my serenity with a massage), it was quality time to reconnect with God.  Through self-reflection, meditation, and Claire's carefully picked scripture passage, it was easier than I expected it would be to gain insight into God and my struggles, and to share my reflections with the group.  Listening to the other moms was inspiring.  It helped me realize that we are all in this together."

From Jeanne Stordy, mother of five children (16, 14, 13, 10, and 7):

"The MOSAIC of Faith evening retreat was an awesome experience!  I left that night and truly did find myself 'refilled' with patience and a new sense of peace.  And the amazing part for me was that even though my Saturday and Sunday were as crazy a schedule as they had been for every other weekend, I was able to look at the chaos from a new perspective that I wasn't alone - Jesus was in my boat for the first time!!  The result was that I could find peace amid the day to day craziness.  I have Claire and the other women who shared so beautifully to thank for that."

From Kellie Fraser, mother of three children (15, 13, and 10):

"Attending the Friday night retreat was the most personal spiritual growth experience I have ever had!!!!!

"As a mother of three, I put my children, husband, work, volunteering, activities, and more before myself and the Lord, as most of us do.  This retreat gave me the gift of personal time alone with Jesus, and I felt so complete!!  Taking time in prayer and reflection has been missing in my life.  This retreat made me realize how important it is.

"Sharing this experience with the other women in my group was amazing!!!!  We all have different backgrounds, but our common bonds are motherhood and Jesus.  This retreat allowed me to meet a group of people I didn't know.  It left me wanting to see them again, and wanting to get to know each of them more.  They are all wonderful mothers!!!!!!!

"I never imagined that spending a few hours on a retreat would completely change me, but this retreat has!  I would highly recommend it to any mother looking to add Jesus to her life.  I want to thank Claire for making this retreat available, and for her dedication to her faith.

"I look forward to joining a MOSAIC Moms prayer group, as well as attending a future weekend retreat."

From Katie LaPlant, mother of three children (9, 7, and 6):

"I attended a recent MOSAIC of Faith evening retreat.  It was absolutely amazing and well-worth it!  Claire provided a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for moms to explore their spirituality in relation to their motherhood through simple guided mediation, beautiful scripture passages to reflect on, journaling exercises, and group discussion.  I was given a wonderful opportunity to explore with other mothers how God can provide me with love, strength, guidance, and hope through my journey to improve my role as mother, wife, woman in the workforce, etc.  I am so grateful for the experience, grateful to Claire, and grateful to the amazing women I got to spend the evening with.  I highly recommend attending a MOSAIC of Faith event!"

From Kacie Rokel, mother of two children (7 and 2):

"As a mom who works part-time and has two young children, life can be stressful.  Some days are downright hectic!  Because my free time is such a rare commodity, I try to be selective about how I spend it.  I recently decided to do something for myself, and attend a MOSAIC of Faith evening retreat.  I am so very happy that I did!

"Honestly, I was nervous about attending a retreat, not knowing the other participants, or how the evening would play out.  As soon as I walked through the door, any nerves I had quickly dissipated.  Everything from the quaint sitting area, to the massage beforehand, to the guided meditation was perfect!  What really left a lasting impression was how I could feel so close and connected to the women who attended.  It's amazing how rejuvenating it can be to connect with women who come from different paths, yet have so much in common through motherhood.

"If anyone is hesitant about trying a retreat, I would tell you that you definitely deserve the experience.  You won't be disappointed!"

Evening Retreat June 21st, 2013

From Erica Furze, mother of three children (5, 4 and 2):

"Thank you SO much for last night's retreat!!! The grace and renewed inspiration I felt today in my role as a Mother truly was a gift from God! I can't say enough great things about how last night's message touched me and really worked through me today. Thank you - and God - so much for that!

"I highly recommend this retreat to all moms. This faith-based program will "refill your tank" and help you find the tools that will allow you to be a better parent to your child(ren). You will be glad you took the time for yourself, and ultimately, your family."

From Mary Mottolo, mother of two children (ages 8 and 4):

"What an incredibly powerful evening!  Claire's thoughtful and prayerful orchestration was evident in every detail, and provided such a beautiful setting where God seemed to speak to each one of us.  I was deeply moved by the faith-sharing, the laughter and tears with my fellow moms.  We found comfort, hope, and joy in each other.  Mothers need this so much!  How amazing to be reminded that the strength and love of God that we need to get through our busy days is often right there in the moms around us - and within ourselves.  What a tremendous gift."

From Laura Phillips, mother of two children (ages 2 and 1):

"I cannot recommend enough the MOSAIC of Faith evening retreat for mothers.  As a mother of two children under two and a husband with an unpredictable work schedule, it was so much easier to get away for an evening retreat as opposed to a weekend-long retreat.  From the massage before the retreat began, to the decor, to the way the evening was broken up, Claire's meticulous attention to detail helped me feel truly pampered and able to spend a night focusing on my relationship with God.  I left this night so inspired by Claire and the other women who attended, and ready to take the next step in knowing Christ so that I can lead my family to heaven.  Thank you!"

From Jean Armano, mother of two children (ages 6 and 5):

" Thank you so much for hosting Friday's MOSAIC of Faith Retreat.  It proved to be a very powerful night for me.  It was a pleasure to take time out to reflect on my life and my faith with such wonderful women.  I would recommend this retreat to anyone who is feeling that they long for something more.  I came away refreshed and more ready to put my faith into action.  Thank you!"

From Michelle Mugford, mother of two children (ages 8 and 7):

"Thank you so much for hosting the MOSAIC of Faith Evening Retreat at your home last Friday night.  It was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.  It made me take time to reflect on my struggles as a mom and how I can work through these struggles with God by my side.  I was also able to consider ways that I can strengthen the relationship my children have with God.

"It was nice to spend time with wonderful moms that are going through similar challenges and triumphs being a mom.  You were an amazing host guiding us with your warmth and kindness."

From Christine Scola, mother of six children (ages 22, 20, 18, 15, 11 and 5):

"I want to thank you for hosting the MOSAIC of Faith Evening Retreat at your house last Friday night.  Your home was so warm and inviting, as were you, and I enjoyed every minute of the retreat.  It was a great way to start off the night with a little massage after the tense drive up to New Hampshire.  I highly recommend the massage!

"What a great group of women!  It has been too long since I last met with a group of women (other than women related to me) who were willing to talk so openly about faith and family.  As women and mothers we have a lot in common, but what I enjoyed most was bringing our faith in God into the sharing.  I loved listening to each of the women share their joys and struggles with motherhood.  I found myself nodding my head in agreement as each woman spoke.  I left your house feeling inspired, uplifted and refreshed!"
